JUNGLE QUEEN CANCELLATION POLICY

 

CANCELLATION OF CRUISE POLICY:
If a cruise is cancelled by Jungle Queen, guests will have the option to receive either a refund or a future cruise credit.

REFUND POLICY:
Open Voucher tickets purchases, but reservations have not been made are non-refundable and good for one year from the date of purchase. Your tickets can be used at your earliest convenience – based on availability. If you purchase a ticket and have made a reservation, and then wish to cancel that reservation, the reservation must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to the sailing date. If the reservation is cancelled at least 72 hours prior to sailing date, then you will receive a credit for a future cruise that is within one year of the original purchase date of the ticket. If the reservation is not cancelled at least 72 hours prior to sailing date, then no refunds or credits will be issued.

Boarding begins approximately 30-45 minutes before departure. To ensure you get on the cruise at the time you are interested in (or have booked / have made reservations for), please arrive at least 30-minutes before the scheduled departure to allow yourself time for parking and to obtain tickets from our box office whether you purchased them online or wish to purchase tickets directly from our box office, and also find seating on our cruise.

GROUPS & CHARTERS REFUND POLICY: Cancellation of at least 10 days prior to your cruise date is required for any refunds to be applicable.

If you are issued a credit and then book another cruise in which the total price is greater than the total credits available, the additional cost must be paid for before the reservation can be confirmed.

THIRD PARTY COSTS RESULTING FROM CRUISE CANCELLATIONS OR ITINERARY CHANGES:
Jungle Queen shall not be liable to guests for any charges, fees or expenses paid or owed to third parties by guests in connection with a cancelled cruise or an itinerary change for any reason.
